Can a US brand hold inventory in the UK and the EU with one provider?

Yes. We hold your inventory in our UK warehouse in Middlewich, England, and in our EU fulfillment center in Poland, under one agreement, one quote and one point of contact.

UK orders ship from the UK. EU orders ship from Poland, inside the EU, so they never cross a customs border on the way to your customer. You keep one relationship and one set of reports instead of managing two providers in two countries.

Why not ship every order from the US?

Because every parcel shipped from the US clears customs on arrival, and your customer can be asked to pay import charges before it is handed over.

Delivery also takes longer than a domestic order, and returns have to cross the Atlantic. When your inventory is already in the UK or the EU, the import happens once, in bulk, and each order after that is a domestic delivery.

What do you handle?

Everything between your inventory arriving and your orders reaching the carrier, in both markets.

  • Receiving, storage and inventory management, down to the shelf location.
  • Ecommerce fulfillment: orders picked, packed to your instructions and shipped.
  • B2B and retail orders prepared to each customer’s rules.
  • Amazon FBA prep and FBM for Amazon.co.uk and Amazon’s EU marketplaces.
  • Returns checked against your instructions, and product rework.

What does it cost?

We quote each operation from your products, inventory levels, monthly orders and handling needs, then confirm it in a written quote; we don’t publish a rate card.

Invoices can be in US dollars, British pounds or euros. Tell us what you sell and roughly how many orders you expect in each market, and we’ll tell you whether we’re a fit.

How it works

From your first quote to orders shipping in Europe

  1. Tell us what you sell

Your products, expected orders in the UK and the EU, and the channels you sell on. You get a written quote, in US dollars if you prefer.

  2. Set up the registrations

Holding inventory in the UK and the EU means VAT registrations and import numbers. We introduce you to specialist partners who handle them.

  3. Ship your inventory over

Send it straight from your US warehouse or your supplier. We can arrange or book the freight by sea, air or courier, and we book in, count and check every delivery.

  4. Connect your store and go live

Orders flow in from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and other platforms. We check your inventory in and your first orders out before it becomes routine.

Our warehouse system

Every unit recorded, from delivery to dispatch

Both warehouses run on the warehouse management system we built around our own operation: every delivery, stock count, order and return is recorded, and your reporting is drawn from the same records. Which parts apply at each location, and how your reporting reaches you, are confirmed at onboarding.

What a stock split looks like

UK orders from the UK, EU orders from Poland

A skincare brand we work with was shipping its EU orders from the UK, so every EU parcel crossed a customs border. We split its inventory: UK orders now ship from the UK and EU orders from Poland. The same setup works for a US brand selling into both markets.

When the brand joined us, it was sending around 100 orders a week. It later grew to around 500 orders a week.

FAQ

Questions US brands ask

Can you work with a US brand doing around 100 orders a week?

Yes. We don’t publish a minimum; we quote each operation from your products, inventory and order volume. For scale, one skincare brand we work with was shipping around 100 orders a week when it joined us and later grew to around 500.

Which sales channels can you connect to?

Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and other platforms. We confirm each connection for the warehouse holding your inventory before your first order ships.

Who handles VAT, EORI and customs?

Specialist partners we introduce you to. Holding inventory in the UK means registering for UK VAT, and holding it in Poland means registering for VAT there; the partners handle those registrations and the import numbers you need. We don’t file registrations ourselves.

Can I pay in US dollars?

Yes. We invoice in USD, GBP or EUR, with arrangements for brands selling in more than one market. Card payments carry a 3% fee.

How do I get my inventory to your warehouses?

Ship it directly from your US warehouse or your supplier to our UK warehouse and our fulfillment center in Poland. We can arrange or book the freight by sea, air or courier, and every delivery is booked in, counted and checked when it arrives.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on your product range, the inventory transfer and your sales channel connections. We agree the timetable with you before any inventory ships, then check your inventory in and your first orders out before fulfillment becomes routine.

What time zone are you in?

You get a US-based contact on Eastern Time, so you can reach us during your working day. The warehouse teams in the UK and Poland are usually five and six hours ahead of New York.
