About Warehouse Box
It started with freight.
Warehouse Box is a third-party logistics (3PL) company. We store stock and fulfil orders for ecommerce and B2B brands from the UK, Poland and New York.
Before starting Warehouse Box, our founder spent years moving goods across the UK and Europe. Customers kept asking the same question: once their stock arrived, where could they store it and have their orders fulfilled?
Some were too small for the larger providers. Others needed support across borders that a local warehouse couldn’t offer.
Warehouse Box was built for those customers. We later expanded into Poland, giving customers a base inside the EU as well as the UK. Today we also serve US customers from New York.
What working with us is like
Warehouse Box is still founder-led. The UK and Poland teams run the two warehouses on either side of the customs border, and when you have a question about stock or an order, you speak to the team handling it.

A skincare brand’s move to Warehouse Box
- The problem
- Its EU orders were being sent from the UK, so every parcel crossed a customs border, with the delays and costs that brings.
- The warehouse move
- We transferred the stock from the previous provider and set the brand’s orders up in our system.
- The stock split
- We split the stock between the UK and Poland, so UK orders ship from the UK and EU orders from Poland.
By the time its orders had grown from around 100 to around 500 a week, UK orders were leaving from the UK and EU orders from Poland.
