Sales channel integrations
By Warehouse Box Updated
Connect your sales channels to fulfilment
Your store and marketplaces need to hand orders to the warehouse cleanly. Tell us which ones you sell on and where you want stock held, in the UK, Poland or New York; we check each connection for that location and confirm it before the service starts.
Map your current setup
List the stores and marketplaces you use, how products are coded and which other systems manage your orders. A platform name alone does not tell us how the whole setup works.
We check compatibility for each fulfilment location. The same platform can need a different setup across locations, so we confirm each connection before your first order.
Agree how orders should be handled
Work through a normal order first, then the exceptions. Before connecting your store, agree:
- Which channels send orders to each warehouse.
- How product codes match the stock held there.
- Which order changes, cancellations or holds need attention.
- What stock, dispatch and tracking information your team needs from us.
Check before the handover
System setup forms part of the fulfilment handover. Agree who is responsible for each connection and what needs to be checked before orders start moving.
Before orders go live, test a single-item order, a multi-item order and an order with special packing instructions. Include a cancellation and a change so it is clear how exceptions will be handled.
Agree how stock and order information is shared
Alongside your sales-channel connections, agree which stock records and warehouse order updates your business needs.
We’ll discuss reporting arrangements for each fulfilment location during setup.
Tell us how you sell
Share your store, marketplaces and preferred fulfilment locations. We’ll check the setup your operation needs.
