EU fulfilment for UK brands
Sell into the EU with your stock already inside it
Warehouse Box gives UK brands EU fulfilment from Poland. Your stock is imported into the EU once, in bulk, and every European order ships as an EU delivery, so your customers stop paying duty, VAT and handling fees at the door and parcels stop waiting at the border.

Why hold stock in the EU instead of shipping each order from the UK?
Because since 1 January 2021 every parcel from Great Britain to an EU customer is an import: it needs a customs declaration, it carries VAT, and since 1 July 2026 it pays duty too, whatever its value.
With your stock in Poland, the import happens once, in bulk. Every order after that is an EU delivery from inside the EU: no customs declaration per parcel, no charges at your customer’s door, and returns that stay in the EU.
What can Warehouse Box do for you in Poland?

Why now
What changed for UK brands selling to the EU
Since 2021 every parcel from Great Britain to an EU customer has been an import, and since July 2026 even the smallest parcel pays duty. Here is what changed, and when.
Parcels become imports
The UK left the EU’s customs union and single market, so every parcel from Great Britain to an EU customer now needs a customs declaration and can be held for checks.
EU ends its VAT exemption
The EU stopped exempting parcels worth €22 or less from VAT, so every parcel from the UK carries VAT. The Import One Stop Shop lets sellers charge it at checkout on parcels up to €150.
EU duty on small parcels
The EU abolished duty relief on parcels under €150. A flat €3 duty now applies to each category of item in a parcel, until 1 July 2028 unless extended, before normal duty rates take over.
Flat duty due to end
The flat €3 duty runs until this date unless the EU extends it. The plan is for normal duty rates to apply to every parcel, whatever its value, once the EU’s customs data hub is running.

What do I need to hold stock in Poland?
A VAT registration in Poland and an EU EORI number, both in place before your first shipment; specialist partners we introduce you to set them up.
Your stock is imported into the EU once, so the VAT and duty on the shipment are dealt with at that point. Orders to Polish customers go on your Polish VAT return, and orders to customers in the other EU countries can be declared through the EU’s One Stop Shop on one quarterly return, instead of registering in every country you sell to. Warehouse Box does not file registrations itself.
Can I keep my UK orders shipping from the UK?
Yes. UK orders ship from our warehouse in Middlewich and EU orders from Poland, under one agreement, one quote and one set of stock records.
That split is what we did for a skincare brand whose EU orders were leaving the UK. You decide how much stock goes to each side and adjust it with each shipment as demand changes.
What does EU fulfilment cost?
We quote from your products, stock levels, monthly orders and handling needs, and confirm it in a written quote; we do not publish a rate card.
EU fulfilment is invoiced in pounds or euros. Freight, duty and customs charges depend on your products and their route.

FAQ
Questions UK brands ask
Will my EU customers pay import charges?
No. Their orders ship from Poland as EU deliveries. VAT and duty are dealt with once, when your stock enters the EU in bulk, and the VAT on each sale goes through your returns rather than being collected at the door.
Do I need IOSS if my stock is in Poland?
Not for orders shipped from Poland. The Import One Stop Shop covers parcels imported into the EU worth up to €150; stock already in Poland is not an import when it is sold. IOSS only matters for any EU orders you still ship directly from the UK.
Can you prepare stock for Amazon’s EU marketplaces?
Yes. We prepare FBA shipments in Poland to Amazon’s requirements, including item labels, bagging and cartons, and we can fulfil seller-fulfilled (FBM) orders from the same stock.
Which sales channels can you connect to?
Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and other platforms. We confirm each connection for Poland before your first order ships.
How does my stock get to Poland?
We arrange or book the freight from our UK warehouse, your warehouse or your supplier, by road, sea or air, and book your stock in, count it and check it when it arrives. Customs clearance into the EU is handled by specialist partners we introduce you to.
