B2B fulfilment for trade and retail

Every retailer and trade customer has its own rules. We prepare each order to those rules, from carton quantities and labels to delivery bookings, and agree anything unusual with you before it ships.

From customer instructions to dispatch

Check the customer’s instructions

Share a typical order and the receiving customer’s requirements. We review quantities per carton, labels and delivery arrangements before agreeing the service.

Prepare the goods for dispatch

Cartons are packed to each customer’s quantities and labelled to their requirements, so the delivery arrives the way their receiving team expects.

Dispatch to trade and retail customers

Cartons and pallets are labelled to the receiving customer’s specification and leave on the delivery booked for that customer.

Different customers, different requirements

A retailer may need a different label or carton quantity from another customer. Send each customer’s instructions so we can spot the differences when scoping the service.

Supply UK retailers from the UK and EU retailers from Poland, inside the EU, so their orders do not cross a customs border. We confirm the preparation we can support and put it in writing in your quote before any stock moves.

How we prepare your quotation

Tell us how your trade orders work

For a B2B fulfilment quote, include:

  • Your product range and number of SKUs (product lines).
  • Approximate monthly order volume and typical quantities per order.
  • Customer destinations and the fulfilment location you need.
  • Any customer-specific packaging, labelling or delivery instructions.

Send us a typical trade order

Include your customer’s instructions and we’ll use them to assess the work and, if we’re a fit, prepare your quote.
