Warehousing and fulfilment for ecommerce and B2B brands
Your stock.
Closer to your
customers.
A UK warehouse, an EU base in Poland and a New York base for the US. EU orders ship from inside the EU, with no customs border to cross. In the UK and Poland, you speak directly to the warehouse team.
UK Europe USA
Three bases, three markets
Ship from the right
side of the border.
Sending EU orders from the UK means customs paperwork on every parcel, slower delivery and sometimes surprise charges for your customers. Hold stock where your customers are. Each warehouse has its own setup, and we tell you upfront what it can do for your products.
UK
Ecommerce and B2B orders for UK customers, dispatched from our warehouse in Middlewich, Cheshire.
Europe
EU orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Poland, inside the EU, with no border to cross.
USA
A New York base for storage, fulfilment and product preparation for US customers. Your point of contact there is confirmed during onboarding.
What we do
From stock on the shelf
to orders out the door.
Warehousing and inventory
Stock booked in, counted and stored, with stock reports set up with you during onboarding.
Ecommerce fulfilment
Orders from your store and marketplaces, picked, packed to your instructions and handed to the carrier agreed for your destinations.
B2B fulfilment
Retail and trade orders prepared to each customer’s rules: carton quantities, labels and delivery bookings.
Our warehouse system
Built around our
own warehouses.
Our own warehouse management system runs every step from the delivery at the door to proof of delivery, and its command centre watches for problems before they reach your customers. Which parts apply at your location is confirmed at onboarding.
- A stuck order, a late delivery or a stock count that does not match gets an owner and a fix.
- Every product tracked to the bin, with batches and dates where they apply.
- Every line on your invoice traces back to work the system recorded.

Customer story · Skincare
Its EU orders shipped from the UK.
So we split the stock.
A skincare brand was sending its EU orders from the UK, so every parcel crossed a customs border on the way to the customer. We took over its fulfilment and split the stock, so UK orders ship from the UK and EU orders from Poland.
