Fulfilment pricing, quoted for your operation
We do not publish a rate card. Send us your products, stock levels and monthly orders and we will price the storage, preparation and dispatch you need.

What to send us
Share your product range, the stock you expect to hold and a typical month of orders. Tell us where you sell, where your customers are and how many returns you expect. If you plan to split stock between locations, such as the UK and Poland, tell us the split so we can price each one.
Include any packing, labelling or delivery instructions. If you need Amazon preparation, kitting or rework, describe what each involves so we can check the requirements at your chosen location.
Before you decide
We go through your requirements with you and confirm what the warehouse can handle. If we are a fit, you get a written quotation.
You can ask questions and review the costs before we plan your stock transfer and system setup.
How to read a fulfilment quotation
A price per order is only useful when you know what it covers. Work through the charging basis for each part of your operation:
- Receiving
- What is charged per pallet, carton, unit or hour, and which receiving checks are included?
- Storage
- How is occupied space measured, over what billing period, and is there a minimum charge?
- Order preparation
- Does the charge cover an order, its first item or every item? Identify any separate trade packing, labelling or preparation work.
- Materials and dispatch
- Check packaging, inserts, the delivery service and any surcharges relevant to your destinations and parcel sizes.
- Returns and additional work
- Check how inspection, repacking and rework are each priced. Agree how work outside the original brief will be approved and priced.
Compare the total for the same sample month, including stock levels, units per order and returns. Keep one-off moving and setup costs separate from recurring charges.
