What FBA prep do you do for US sellers?
We label, bag and carton your inventory to Amazon’s requirements and forward it to Amazon’s fulfillment centers in the UK or the EU.
You send the products, the shipment details from Seller Central and any prep instructions; we check every preparation step before we quote, so the price reflects the real work.

Can you ship FBM orders in the UK and EU?
Yes. For orders you fulfill as the seller, we pick, pack and ship from our UK warehouse for UK customers and from Poland for EU customers.
Running FBM alongside FBA lets you keep selling while an FBA shipment is checked in, and gives you somewhere to hold back inventory that you don’t want sitting in Amazon’s network.
Which warehouse should I use for Amazon?
Middlewich for Amazon.co.uk and Poland for Amazon’s EU marketplaces; many sellers use both.
Inventory for the UK and for the EU has to be imported separately, so holding inventory in each market keeps both channels supplied without moving goods across the UK and EU border.

How do I get my inventory to your warehouses?
Ship it directly from your US warehouse or your supplier to our UK warehouse and our fulfillment center in Poland. We can arrange or book the freight by sea, air or courier, and every delivery is booked in, counted and checked when it arrives.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. We invoice in USD, GBP or EUR, with arrangements for brands selling in more than one market. Card payments carry a 3% fee.
