Why fulfill EU orders from Poland?
Poland is inside the EU’s single market and customs union, so once your inventory has been imported into the EU, orders to customers in other member states ship without customs checks.
That means no import charges at your customer’s door and no customs paperwork on each parcel. Your inventory is imported once, in bulk, and each order after that is an EU delivery.
What registrations do I need to hold inventory in the EU?
A VAT registration in Poland and an EU EORI number for importing; our specialist partners set these up for you.
If you sell to customers across several EU countries, the VAT on those sales can be reported through the EU’s One-Stop Shop (OSS) instead of registering in every country. Your partner confirms the right setup for your sales.
Do I need IOSS?
Usually not for orders shipped from Poland. IOSS covers low-value parcels sent into the EU from outside it; when your inventory is already in Poland, your EU orders are not imports.
If you also ship some EU orders directly from the US, IOSS can apply to those parcels. The partners we introduce you to can advise.
Can I run the UK and the EU together?
Yes. UK orders ship from our UK warehouse in Middlewich and EU orders from Poland, under one agreement and one quote.
Splitting inventory this way is what we did for a skincare brand that was sending its EU orders from the UK: after the split, UK orders shipped from the UK and EU orders from Poland, with no customs border on either route.

Can you prepare inventory for Amazon’s EU marketplaces?
Yes. From Poland we prepare and forward inventory to Amazon’s EU fulfillment centers (FBA) and ship merchant-fulfilled orders ourselves (FBM).
Which sales channels can you connect to?
Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and other platforms. We confirm each connection for the warehouse holding your inventory before your first order ships.
How do I get my inventory to your warehouses?
Ship it directly from your US warehouse or your supplier to our UK warehouse and our fulfillment center in Poland. We can arrange or book the freight by sea, air or courier, and every delivery is booked in, counted and checked when it arrives.
