How does UK fulfillment work for a US brand?
You ship your inventory to our UK warehouse in bulk, it is imported once, and every UK order after that ships domestically from Middlewich.
We book each delivery in, count it and check it on arrival, then store it by location so it can be picked accurately. Orders from your store and marketplaces reach the warehouse automatically; we pick and pack them to your instructions and hand them to the carrier agreed for your UK destinations. Returns come back to the UK warehouse instead of crossing the Atlantic.
What do I need before shipping inventory to the UK?
A UK VAT registration, a GB EORI number for importing, and clean product records; our specialist partners handle the VAT and EORI side.

- A GB EORI number, which UK customs needs for the import.
- Product records: SKUs, barcodes, product dimensions and weights.
- Packing instructions for each product, including any inserts or gift options.
Can you fulfill Shopify and Amazon orders from the UK?
Yes. Orders from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and other platforms come to the UK warehouse automatically, and tracking goes back the same way.
For Amazon UK we can prepare and forward inventory to Amazon’s fulfillment centers (FBA) or ship your merchant-fulfilled orders ourselves (FBM). We confirm each connection for the UK warehouse before your first order ships.
Can I add EU fulfillment later?
Yes. Our fulfillment center in Poland handles EU orders from inside the EU, under the same agreement and with the same point of contact.
Many brands start in one market and add the second once they see where orders come from. If EU customers already make up a meaningful share of your orders, splitting inventory between the UK and Poland from day one avoids a customs border on every EU parcel.

Who handles VAT, EORI and customs?
Specialist partners we introduce you to. Holding inventory in the UK means registering for UK VAT, and holding it in Poland means registering for VAT there; the partners handle those registrations and the import numbers you need. We don’t file registrations ourselves.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. We invoice in USD, GBP or EUR, with arrangements for brands selling in more than one market. Card payments carry a 3% fee.
