Define each gift set
List the contents and give each version a clear code. Explain whether gifts arrive ready to ship or need separate stock items packed together.
Show the presentation
Send a sample or photograph of the finished gift. Include boxes, inserts and any wrapping, messages or finishing you need. We’ll check which steps we can handle before quoting.
Plan around campaign dates
Share campaign dates, volumes and destinations so we can plan stock arrivals, packing and dispatch. When you promise delivery dates, allow for the carrier’s delivery time as well as our preparation time.

What we need to quote each gift set
Include the product and the presentation materials, together with any instructions that vary by order.
- Gift-set contents and codes for each variation.
- Packing photographs or a sample of the intended presentation.
- Who supplies packaging, inserts and any personalised materials.
- Expected volumes, campaign dates and customer destinations.

We review each product, and any special finishing or personalisation, for your location before adding them to the service.
Where orders ship from
EU orders ship from Poland, inside the EU, so they do not cross a customs border.
