Tell us whether each product arrives as one boxed unit or as several cartons we store separately and bring together for an order, and list the instruction leaflets, documents and inserts that must go in.
Plan packing, assembly and returns
Show us the protection and labelling needed for dispatch. Any assembly or inspection you need is reviewed for your location before it is included in the service. For returns, specify the contents and condition checks you need.

Send the product list and packing examples for your range, including any items that need special handling.
- Product codes, models and variations.
- Packed dimensions, weights and any multi-carton arrangements.
- Set contents and supplied documents or inserts.
- Handling instructions and the decisions required for returns.

Multi-carton items, assembly and inspection are confirmed for your location before they are included in the service.
Where orders ship from
EU orders ship from Poland, inside the EU, so they do not cross a customs border.
