What we need to quote
Product information for your quote
Include handling and battery information as well as the product list. These details affect what can be stored and shipped.
- Product codes, models and market versions.
- Packed dimensions, weights and supplied accessories.
- Battery details and any special storage or transport instructions.
- Any serial-number, inspection or returns requirements to review.
Please note
Products containing batteries, serial-number recording, testing and repair must be reviewed for your location and delivery arrangement before acceptance. Returns checks cover packaging and contents, not technical diagnosis.
Where orders ship from
EU orders ship from Poland, inside the EU, so they do not cross a customs border.
